There is no onesize-fits-all approach , and a company may often have to tailor their initiatives to match the needs of different teams based on demographics , preferences , roles , and the aspirations .
Having said that , there are 3 main focus areas around which an employer must design and develop their engagement initiatives :

A culture where employees are comfortable speaking about the good and the bad , and know that they are a crucial part of the decision making process , will see a lot more engagement from their teams .
