True to all of HR across global corporations , Lennox is no different when it comes to having an empathetic view to diverse workgroups . Investments in diversity programs , cross cultural briefings and workshops have helped us a lot to bridge the differences between workgroups immensely . That said , much is yet to be accomplished in this space and we continue this journey with learnings at each step of the way . While differences in cultures exist our Lennox value system of Respect for individuals , Integrity exhibited in our work and attitude and excellence in our approach to work is uniform and this has helped us define a common identity across Lennox offices n : gage | May 2017
