You have had extensive experience in HR and have implemented
best in class retention programs with over 95% retention rates.
Could you share a few key insights into what it takes to achieve
such a high ratio, especially in the ultra-competitive Indian
Technology sector?
One of the key drivers of retention as I have experience through my career is
to develop a positive and vibrant culture within the organization. Different
hues and shades of engagement initiatives revolving around personal
development, career opportunities, recognition and appropriate benefits
within the organization has helped us immensely to maintain a positive
energy at our workspace.
Additionally the key levers for engagement is leadership. A well rounded and
matured leadership that has the ability to handle diverse workgroups and be
a coach and mentor to them on ground is a huge success factor for us. we
have invested heavily in the areas of personal development and leadership
development.
