Your magnetism depends on what you do with it. It should never remain static. Use it for the common good of all so that society as a whole could benefit from it. That is the magnetism President Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma wants government officials, entrepreneurs and private citizens to have for the implementation of his‘ Agenda for Prosperity’.
Sierra Leoneans are unique people who have faith and trust in a higher being, especially when in situations that need intervention. To emphasize the above statement, the scripture reminds us that leaders must closely observe the flock for its needs and problems. They should serve as guide, who unites and directs people in the right path. Our leaders should lead with gentleness and trustworthiness, making our people feel safe. That is what is expected of leaders-in politics, business, religion, social, economic and family; to guide those who are in distress and going through tough times; to guide those who are facing family problems; to guide those who have lost hope and in deprivation; to guide those who are in poverty and cannot make ends meet.
The people of Sierra Leone have such a leader in the person of Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma, a servant leader anointed to lead his people and take them from the doldrums of socioeconomic underdevelopment to prosperity.
His charisma is a sense of giftedness that comes from God. It is of magnetic character, a character of God’ s nature in his leadership that choose him as president for the second time.
