Member of Green Building Council Denmark In 2022 , we became a member of the Green Building Council , which works to make Denmark a global leader in the sustainable transformation of buildings and cities for the benefit of humans and nature . Our membership links up with our overall commitment to sustainability :
" Increased transparency on ESG is a key prerequisite for future property development and transactions . We are seeing a high demand for advice on the EU taxonomy which determines what is environmentally sustainable across countries . In our assessment , there is a good chance that DGNB certification will be able to provide the necessary transparency at property level . It is therefore only natural for us to become a member of Green Building Council Denmark as part of the strengthening of our ESG competencies in the property sector ," says partner Flemming Horn Andersen .
