Christmas dishes
In the USA, Christmas is a family holiday. This time is spent with folks and friends. People try all ways to be with family and often travel from one end of country to other in this goal. Morning starts from unboxing presents. Then everyone talks, plays and sings carols.
The most solemn point is a Christmas dinner. On the table, we can usually see: baked ham or turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, blueberry sauce, corn, casserole from green bean, potatoes salad or baked vegetables. There are served cheesecakes and different types of juice: apple, cherry, pumpkin or very popular in Christmas- nuts and raisins. You can’t forget about eggnog. It’s an egg juice with brandy and spices (cinnamon and nutmeg).
