Captain for the tonights game is Frank
Longhurst from DH Knights and he welcomes
the RAF Regiment to Haagsche Rugby Club.
"On behalf of the Knights I would like to
welcome the RAF to Den Haag, This is a fixture
which the team has been looking forward to
since it was announced earlier in the year and it
will be interesting to see how Dutch rugby
league compares against a touring side from
England. The Knights and Dolphins selection
should provide a different challenge to the
Cobra/Pitbull side from Saturday."

Captain DH Knights
Sergeant Stuart Norrie-Bland the Tour Manager and PR Officer for the RAF Regiment reflects on
the tour so far
"After a good run out against the Dams in the blistering heat, the RAF Regiment team had a well
deserved day off with a trip to a leisure center and a BBQ at the beach. The preparation started in
full swing this morning with an Intense Boxercise session with WO Shaun Griffin. Prior to an
afternoon session on the park with Head Coach Cpl Chris Davidson. The squad have enjoyed their
stay in Holland so far as well as an amazing performance from the them on the 4G pitch in
Amsterdam. The newer players amongst the team are starting to look really good, fine tuning their
skills. Wednesday will see us travel to Den Haag with a full squad and the Regiments chargers
can not wait".
