Not just any ordinary baking kit. This range
has that sprinkle of Paul Hollywood magic…
W
hen it comes to baking, the only
man who could ever reach the
British public was the son of a
baker man. Originally studying
to become a sculptor, Paul was
persuaded to join the family
bakery business by his father. From these artisan
roots he went on to become head baker at some
of the country’s most exclusive hotels, including
Cliveden and The Dorchester. Some extensive
travel through Cyprus, Egypt and Jordan further
connected him to baking’s central role in society
as he saw how the traditions of bread making
had been passed from generation to generation.
He was able to use all this experience – from
village bakery to high class hotel to cooking with
Bedouin tribes – to bring the joys of bread baking
and cake making to the country, through his own
company, the Paul Hollywood Artisan Bread
Company, several best selling cookery books, and
extensive TV appearances that have installed
him in the nation’s psyche as a steely eyed,
firm-but-fair national treasure.
This new range of bakeware created with
Kitchen Craft is all about sharing that love of
baking that Paul has been partly responsible for
helping develop and grow in the first place. It
sets out to bring proper artisan baking back into
the home.
As Paul says: “Baking is so popular now with
people of all ages and abilities giving it a go at
home. Whether its cakes, bread, pies or
puddings, my range is designed to give
everyone the best possible support for their
baking – no matter what they’re making.”
The Paul Hollywood collection is extensive and
includes high performance champagne non-stick
bakeware in all the key shapes and sizes,
enamel pie dishes, a rolling pin with metric
and imperial measurements,
cooling racks, measuring cups and spoons,
proving baskets, dough stamps and cutters,
and more. Regardless of whether you’re a
baking beginner or a kitchen master, this
bakeware, which has been designed and
tested by Paul, will help improve your
home baking results.
And what better way to show off the range
than with some great recipes from the man
himself. Get baking!
