ChipDNA provided the interface
to Ingenico’s iPP350 PIN pad and
handled all the complicated behindthe-scenes magic of EMV compliance.
This process allowed RedSwimmer to
focus on the JavaScript front end which
is their expertise. The larger challenge
with RedSwimmer was to find a way to
make ChipDNA accessible from a web
app. ChipDNA works well with native
applications, but lacked a JavaScript API.
Thanks to our expertise, RedSwimmer
was able to use developer-friendly
JavaScript front end language
with ChipDNA through the use of
KioskSimple.
