Meet The Founder BETH ALLEN Beth Allen’ s fitness journey began 15 years ago when she discovered how movement could build physical strength, confidence, and inner peace. Inspired by her personal transformation, she felt called to share it with others.
In 2011, Beth began teaching and developed THE BASH METHOD, a unique approach to fitness that combines strength training, circuit workouts, and Stott Pilates. BASH classes are known for their variety, incorporating different routines and equipment to keep workouts engaging and effective.
THE BASH METHOD is designed to meet women where they are, offering modifications and challenges for all fitness levels and life stages— from college students to postmenopausal women. BASH offers restorative fitness, helping clients transition from physical therapy to consistent movement.
