Gautam says that “ Companies that are trying to follow a similar pattern in establishing great dominance in the overseas market , the best way to go forward is to not only to design a product that is pocket friendly , is of supreme quality and extremely safe for the child , but also highly innovative . The herd mentality of manipulating designs and replicating ideas is the reasons why many Indian toy brands have not been able to catch up with the other foreign brands ."
Our organisation is highly technologically advanced and updated . We make sure to run the operations in a highly professional manner with our financial and entrepreneurial fundamentals being extremely strong . The long-term strategy for us is to focus on expanding the current range and cover the huge gap in the market where value-for-money toys are missing . With our current fundamentals in place , we aim to grow our international reach YoY by at least 20 %. Our next focus is on penetrating deeply into the developed and sophisticated markets like the US and strong economies of Western Europe .”
Gautam believes there is no alternative for hard work and originality to succeed in the market and become international . India has the potential ; companies just need to consciously invest time and resources in identifying and filling those gaps with their innovative toys and marketing strategy .
