Special Farm Property Insurance ** Qualifies for AFIS Designation Update ** Agricultural products raised in the United States find their way into the world ’ s food supply . While the global marketplace represents a substantial economic opportunity for the agribusiness community , it is not without its risks . Anyone in the food chain can be held responsible when food safety requirements are not met . This course covers five property insurance topics not covered in other AFIS courses : equipment breakdown insurance , mobile agricultural machinery and equipment insurance , livestock insurance , animal mortality insurance , and crop insurance .
Commercial General Liability Overview Let ’ s review the frequently confused coverages on the ISO Commercial General Liability Coverage Form . Depending upon the time available , the experience of the audience , and , especially , the interests / background of the participants , the discussion can be tailored for those in agribusiness , construction , service or Main Street type of business insurance sales and service .
Construction & Insurance This seminar addresses policy structure and how to read a policy , including typical coverage disputes and how agents should interposition themselves for minimal liability exposure and maximum positive client relations . Examine the various ways in which participants are aligned on construction projects , and then turn to a discussion of the insurance implications of construction contracts . Major construction industry forms will be reviewed along with an examination of worker ’ s compensation issues in construction .

The New ISO Business Auto Coverage Form The Insurance Services Office ( ISO ) replaced the Business Auto Coverage Form with a November 2020 revision . We ’ ll cover the most relevant changes in the form . This presentation assumes that participants have a working knowledge of the ISO Business Auto Coverage Form .

Here is taking everyday life on the operation and using photos to discuss the issue found and how to break it down into a fixable solution that is not degrading , but stressing the importance of correction and what it means to help insure the client and remove possible losses or even life .
Personal Lines Claims Scenarios Analyze real life claim scenarios to dig into personal lines policy language to show both the newer and seasoned agent that it is not what think the policy says , but what the policy actually says that is vital in coverage determination . The scenarios are colorful and humorous and require participants to understand how dissecting the coverage forms is vital in determining coverage and eliminating gaps .
Ten Minute Mysteries Participants are asked to , in a group format , solve various coverage and insurance-related problems in part one of the seminar . In part two , the groups score points by solving answering specific questions on rates , coverages and causes of loss .
