In addition, KAIA raised $ 7,500 for InsurPac by raffling off a Henry Golden Boy H004. 22 Caliber Rifle with customized engraving. Congratulations to raffle winner Lyle Davidson.
AGENT OF THE YEAR, ROSS HENRICKSON, AND DAVE VOGEL
KEYNOTE FROM MARQUES OGDEN
Marques Ogden delivered a powerful and motivational keynote,“ Thriving Through The Eye of the Storm: How to Charge Forward Like a Bison.” Drawing from his personal journey of adversity and resilience, Ogden inspired attendees to confront challenges head-on rather than avoid them.
Through authentic storytelling and actionable takeaways, he encouraged agents to adopt a“ bison mentality”— charging directly into storms instead of running from them— so they can emerge stronger, more successful, and more fulfilled both personally and professionally. His message perfectly aligned with the convention theme and left attendees energized to embrace the future with confidence.
