ALKEME , a self-described insurance acquisition platform , has acquired KAIA member Wiggans Farha Insurance Group , a full-service insurance agency operating out of Wichita .
The agency serves the state of Kansas and the Midwest region and is a subsidiary of Paul Kinan Insurance Group .

Newton , Kansas-based Conrade Insurance Group ( CIG ) announces three business acquisitions that have taken place in the first half of 2023 , moves the company said expand the firm ’ s capabilities and strengthen their commitment to client service excellence .
In January , Wichita-based The Hawkins Group , specializing in group employee benefits , joined the firm . Both the agency principal , Daniel Hawkins , and employee benefits consultant Hannah Hawkins , have joined Conrade Insurance Group . The Hawkins Group brings decades of experience in employer sponsored group health plans , as well as a full offering of ancillary and voluntary employee benefit plans , to the combined firm .
In April , Boston Insurance , led by Mark Boston , joined the firm . Boston has been a fixture in the Newton property & casualty insurance community since 1985 . Boston will now serve the firm as a personal lines senior risk consultant and will work alongside Dan Heinze Jr ., Vice President of Community Business .
In June , Richey Health Benefits , a full-service Employee Benefits insurance agency , joined Conrade Insurance Group and will become the firm ’ s first permanent Wichita location . Robert Richey will continue at Conrade as an employee benefits consultant , as will Tammy Minihan , as an employee benefits account manager , and Rebecca Outland , as an employee benefits service advocate .
Conrade Insurance Group has grown substantially since its founding , including 55 % organic growth over the past three years .
WORLD INS . ACQUIRES IRON GATES
World Insurance Associates LLC (“ World ”), a Top 50 Insurance Brokerage , announced recently that it acquired the business of Iron Gates Insurance Group LLC (“ Iron Gates ”) of Haven , Kansas and Anthony , Kansas on March 1 , 2023 .
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed . Iron Gates has been serving their community for over 15 years . They provide property and casualty insurance as well as crop and hail insurance to individuals and businesses across Kansas .
