The 2021 membership year is quickly coming to a close , and we are working through the 2022 membership renewal process . I want to thank all members that have already paid their dues invoice and KIAPAC contribution .
Several years ago , KAIA moved to a new association management system , and we continue to refine our renewal process to make it efficient . We want to streamline it as much as possible to stay focused on educating members on the products and services available to them and developing new ones that help aid their agency succeed . Part of our strategic plan is to make sure the data we have on members is current , and we appreciate the willingness to complete and return the agency profile sent out earlier . As changes in agency personnel occur , we encourage members to reach out to let us know , so our data remains current . In addition , the primary contact for the agency can also visit the KAIA website and login indirectly to their InfoHub to update information . It provides an efficient process that allows members to control their data .
Just like KAIA operations need to involve , agencies must as well . This magazine edition includes information on serving your customers ’ risk management needs , changes to your newsletter process , some E & O tips driven by evolving economic factors , and one agency ’ s ownership evolution . There are also some great pictures from the Rural and Small Agents ’ Conference .
