I would like to personally invite you to join fellow agents , KAIA staff , and especially our Industry Partners at this year ’ s President ’ s Classic Golf Tournament to be held in McPherson , May 1-2 , 2023 .
The KAIA Young Agents of Kansas ( YAK ) will be the beneficiary of the event ’ s proceeds . The YAK program is explicitly designed to help foster the growth of young insurance professionals under the age of 45 or with less than 10 years of industry experience . The YAK program provides networking opportunities , leadership development , technical knowledge , and confidence for our future industry leaders . By strengthening our young agents , we enhance our industry .
The progress the YAK program has made over the last several years , and their input to our state organization has been simply remarkable . Winning the 2022 Outstanding Young Agents Committee of the Year , they continue to expand their plans for the future , and I hope you will join us in supporting their efforts .
