| PRESIDENT’S PAGE | Join me in a Round of Golf at Prairie Dunes Support the future of our Industry I would like to personally invite you to come out and join me, the KAIA Board, Industry Partners and industry folks for a round of golf at Prairie Dunes. Before I go into what and who this event supports, I want to share with you the current course rankings and why I enjoy playing there: • 1st in Kansas: Prairie Dunes is an elite golf course located in the middle of Kansas and features sand dunes throughout • 16th in the United States: This course is challenging to score well on, but certainly makes for a memorale round of golf. We will be playing the white tees on a Par 70, for about 6119 yards. • 27th in the World: Driving zones are generous throughout. Although if you don’t land on the fairway and instead find yourself in the junk, it is 50/50 on whether you’ll have a decent shot at advancing the ball or never finding it. If you aren’t a golf guru then I encourage you to come out and be a part of this event for what it supports and funds...the future of our industry. The Young Agents of Kansas are a group who’s mission is to empower young insurance professionals to be leaders. Through engaging in activities and projects, members will expand their industry knowledge and enhance their skills propelling their agencies to evolve and grow. They are the source where every young insurance professional can turn to accelerate their success. Our agency has several team members that are a part of this initiative and I am excited to watch their enthusiasm and impact they are making on the Kansas industry. If you have young professionals in your office, I highly recommend they get involved with YAK. For more information you can reach out to Brock Elliott at [email protected].
