Marshall Madill, owner
of Integrity Insurance
Agency was the guest
speaker at “Good
Morning Topeka” in
June to share about
how his sales career
has evolved with
changes in technology,
but without sacrificing
customer service.
“My career began in an age before Fax Machines,”
Marshall shares. “There were no cell phones or email.
No texting or Facebook. I was the first person in my
neighborhood to own a personal computer. I was one
of the first members of my sales team to have a pager
(remember those awesome devices?) Needless to say, how
I prospect for clients, how we provide customer service,
has evolved greatly.”
Marshall and his wife Jan (shown above) hold true to the
values and principles that they had when they started their
agency in 2011. We appreciate their membership and
support of the independent industry.
