H & H Insurance Agency is partnered with the H & H Real Estate Agency. The insurance agency staff visits with those purchasing real estate whenever possible to assist with their insurance needs. Many full-line insurance relationships are developed through those opportunities
With traditional radio, newspaper, and direct mail proving more and more costly and less and less effective, the agency has recently begun planning for some major marketing strategy changes. New and more tech-savvy agents and staff are now working to implement those new ways of marketing the agency.
Facebook, websites with interactive consumer technology, agency management systems, and comparative raters are all being pressed into service with activation dates of early 2017. Even now, with just the implementation of the Facebook page, a new group of prospective customers is being attracted to the agency.
Since 2011, the agency has made a concerted effort to become more“ full line” than it had been previously. New Property and Casualty companies were added along with contracts with various Life and Health companies.
We offer senior products such as Medicare Supplements and help those under 65 with navigating the Affordable Care Act enrollment challenges. Our full product lines have combined to bring the agency into a position of being one of the most full-service agencies in Fort Scott and the surrounding trade area.
When the decision was made in 2011 to expand and grow the agency, one of the first calls made was to the KAIA. With those calls and subsequent visits, the agency brought high-quality, brand name companies to its portfolio of offerings.
Without KAIA and AScK those opportunities would not have been possible. That relationship has been important to the growth of H & H Insurance Agency and we appreciate their support and interest in our continued success.
