3. Evaluation of development in subject knowledge related to students ' learning and departmental / divisional learning( e. g. school-wide and network-wide participation in curriculum initiatives, involvement in subject association work);
4. Evidence of teaching and leadership, managing student learning and the learning of your team( e. g. lesson observations, videos of students working with evaluative commentary, annotated copies of students ' work, etc.);
5. Assessment evidence— show how evaluation of assessment information has been used to further students ' progression( e. g. lesson observations, annotated and evaluated copies of students ' work, performance management statements, assessed work with feedback and evaluation);
