Reflective Writing
The reflective writing( 750 – 1000 words) may focus on any aspect of yourleadership. It is an opportunity to reflect on understandings of leadership / practice and must draw on some academic literature. Please provide a title.
PDP1 Part B
Part B should include a personal selection of evidence that demonstrates your professional development. You should select three evidence components. For each evidence component, you need to write an overview page of 350 – 500 words, stating the significance of the evidence. This needs to be especially clear, so that the reader can understand the significance of the evidence in the relevant context. It is important that you reflect on the way in which each piece of evidence contributes to your professional development. The total word length of these three overview pages should be between 1,000 – 1,500 words.
