1992 - 1995 DOE / PSA - Shift Control Engineer Whitehall
AP for the operation and maintenance of a 9Mw standby power station and associated HV and LV switchgear in all government buildings in Whitehall as well as the operation and maintenance of both Rotary and Static UPS systems . I was AP for the Whitehall HTHW district heating system . I was the lead engineer working with the consultants in the planning of the refurbishment of MOD main building . This work included looking at both the heating and electrical load within the building to enable correct sizing of gas turbines and waste heat and secondary boilers for the proposed combined heat and power plant to be installed .
