Physiotherapy (Neurology) Key Information Overview The philosophy of our programme is to broaden and extend your knowledge and skills within the field of neurological physiotherapy and encourage your personal and professional development. The core modules will meet your individual needs to review and evaluate the background of the physiotherapy profession and to integrate this into your practice where appropriate. The option module allows you to suit your own requirements in terms of personal and professional development. The Research Methods in Health module and the Dissertation module, together with Evidence Based Practice or Assessment and Measurement, develop your research capabilities and critical evaluation skills. Our programme is designed to provide opportunity to question and challenge current practice in aspects of neurological physiotherapy, and enable you to study healthcare, management and rehabilitation of people with neurological and neuromuscular problems from a dynamic and expanding perspective.
