The world of business needs accountants that understand the varied demands of the business world and leaders who have a good awareness of the numbers that underpin and support business success. You will study areas such as organisational behaviour, financial and management accounting, operations and quality management, audit and business strategy. This course is taught by academics and business practitioners across different subject disciplines within Keele Business School, making it varied and interesting. Core modules such as financial and management accounting, organisational behaviour, operations and quality management, audit, and business strategy can be supported with options such as marketing, business law, economics, taxation, and international finance. This will allow you to explore new and different areas and help us to support you as you pursue your passions and aspirations. There will be opportunities to get involved with real, live projects and to benefit from Keele’s partnership with local, national and international businesses.  Our computer laboratories are equipped with industry-leading software such as Bloomberg, STATA, Thomson Reuters and Sage Accounting Software, providing you with an opportunity to gain valuable practical IT experience, and the skills needed to make you stand out from the crowd.  You can complement this practical experience by opting for a placement year, an international year or an entrepreneurship year between your second and third year of study.
