“For most Chinese students, a degree itself is not sufficient anymore, it is better to
have a degree plus an overseas experience to help them to be more competitive in
their future career. In my case, because of my Applied Company Research Project
experience, I was accepted as a volunteer with the Olympic Games and was then
offered a full-time work opportunity with Heathrow Airport.
I am now back in China and working as an Account Manager for an American
investment company, International Data Group (IDG) in Beijing, and I still believe
that Keele was the start of my career path.”
