13. That the Contraction hereby undertakes to keep the Owner harmless from and indemnified
against any action, claim, loss damages, expenses arising out of breach of any statutory
provisions, rules or regulations or any term of this agreement.
14. That all differences and disputes in relation to this agreement shall be referred to the arbitrator,
