The year 2013 has come and gone almost
it seems in a flash. We at KAPS had an
eventful year and we are excited to bring
you this second issue of our annual KAPS
Newsletter to share with you a taste of the
year we have had. We hope that a little of
our culture of innovation, our real interest in
our customers and our thirst for excellence
will come through in these few pages.
A key theme in this issue is a recounting
of how heavily KAPS has invested in skills
and technology to improve our customer
experiences and service options. We want
to make life a little easier for our customers

Going Green
KAPS unveils Recyclable Parking Cards
Everyone is talking about going green. And this is ready for use by a new customer, with a newly
