The Chinese:
It is estimated that the early Chinese inhabited the area around the Yellow River and the Yangtze River in the period between 8000 and 2205 BC. They built small villages and made a living by farming. Just a small period later, the process of producing silk cloth was developed. You’ ve definitely heard about the world’ s seven wonders. China’ s first Emperor has built one of them, the Great Wall of China, in order to keep his people safe from the attack of the Mongols. The Chinese people named the city in which their emperor lived in“ The Forbidden City,” as a sign of their fear from their rulers. The Chinese worked really hard every day of the week to earn a living, but they had many annual festivals that they have families gather together for to celebrate.
Our World Today:
People of those ancient civilizations worked hard not only to make their lives easier, but to also secure a better world for their descendants. As Egyptians, it is our duty to respect and understand our ancient civilization to represent our country well. Remember that many people around the world visit Egypt to see its ancient monuments which is something we should be proud of. ib. utexas. edu
