Preparation:

The steamed rice is better served as the left over rice from last night. If not, steam the rice preferably dry.

Put the eggs in a bowl and stir them to even liquid.

Cut the sausage, as small as possible.

1. Heat the pot and then add the oil. Wait until the oil is hot (you can see gas rising.)

2. Pour the egg into the pot, stir it gently and do not stir it to small pieces.

3. Wait until the egg is not liquid, and then add the steam rice. Use the shovel to spread the rice in order to heat the rice evenly and mix rice with eggs well.

4. Add the cut sausage. Stir fry in quick and thorough way.

5. Add Chili Crisp Sauce, and make sure do not scoop the red oil in the pot. If you do not like the rice to be spicy, add some salt instead of the sauce.

6. Stir fry until all the materials mix well and before the eggs get burned.
