hen we celebrated the most outstanding achievements in film and television production via the Kalasha Awards in December 2012, marking four years since inception, I knew that we had indeed grown wings to fly the flag of our local productions, not only locally but across our borders. Let me from the onset confirm that my ministry’s strategic intention of tapping the huge potential associated with the film industry to spur development and create the much needed employment is now a reality.
