verything started with So Loved, the online
community for K-pop, in 2008 when the K-pop
fanbase in Europe was still quite young. Two
years later So Loved had become an institution and the
team decided to start the online magazine “K-Colors
of Korea”. At that time, K was the only German online
magazine that regularly reported about Korean culture
and pop culture and thus illed a gap in the online
resources about Korea. he success was something to be
proud of and so in the coming two years the magazine
was not only published bilingually, but also in two
printed issues.
In addition to all that, the team founded the
“So Loved Awards – European K-pop Awards” and
organized a variety of events from fan gatherings to
cooking courses and Awards parties.

In doing so the members of our team were not
only able to gain experience, but also to further their
skills in areas such as journalism, graphics design, web
design, ilm and photography.
2010
By now the team has become the contact for
media, promoters and entertainment companies. In
order to fulill this responsibility the three projects – So
Loved, K-Colors of Korea and So Loved Awards – have
been uniied under the new umbrella organization “KSL
Network”. In order to gain legal status, a non-proit
association was also founded.
2011
KSL Network is working on the highest level in the
areas of promotion and media work. KSL is completely
non-proit because only this way, we can ensure that our
team members can retain their creative freedom and
concentrate on the assignments that we took on.
2013
An exciting journey lies before the KSL team
– we’re looking forward to the coming years.
