Meeting Minutes
Lynn mentioned they were able to put together a saved file for all the current procedures . Right now , they are on her Google drive , and she believes we really need to put together an organizational account . Should move forward with other committee documents as well . Should have a primary administrator , such as the secretary .
New Business :
James and Lynn will be presenting information regarding the health of WSCA at the Silver Buckle Saddle Club meeting in May . Lynn presented a letter regarding The Health of WSCA and would like to include the names of the Board Members . Looking for ideas for sponsorship at the local level and then the organization level and will a monthly feature in the Spotlight .
Steve reached out to Bill Freitag and proposed his fall trail ride to be a fundraiser for WSCA . There are usually 160 horses , and we would charge $ 10- $ 15 per horse for the fundraiser . Looking into having food trucks at Champ Show and having the vendors donate a portion of the profits to WSCA .
Lynn would like the Board to bring in 5 sponsorship ideas to the May Board Meeting .

Leslie Mason resigned as WSCA Secretary . She will continue as secretary through August 2023 , unless the position is filled prior to that date . Motion made by Kevin Berger , seconded by Julie Gintner to advertise for position and put out an application . Motion carried unanimously .
Kevin , Julia , and Julie will form a committee to review the position and put together an application .
