Secretary ’ s Report : Leslie Mason Motion made by Lori Taylor , seconded by Kevin Berger to approve the March 5th , 2023 , Board Meeting Minutes with noted corrections . Motion carried unanimously .

Balance Sheet and Income Statement was presented , YTD Net Income ( Loss ) is ($ 11,434.21 ) and LYTD Net Income ( Loss ) was ($ 51,565.13 ). The CDs will come due June 30 th . Motion made by Ann Goebel , seconded by Julie Gintner , to accept the Treasurer ’ s Report subject to audit from April 2nd , 2023 . Motion carried unanimously .
Correspondence : Received a total of 169 club renewals for 2023 , last year to-date received 174 renewals .
Committee Reports :
Championship Horse Show : James Duenow Ribbons have been ordered and are paid for . It takes a group effort to get sponsorships , which really makes a difference to the Champ Show profits . So far have received $ 10,000 in commitments towards sponsorships . Have received $ 1,700 in cash .
Computer : Jake Flodquist Absent . Nothing to report .
Drills and Squares : Marlys Mooney Absent . Nothing to report .
Futurity : Renee Lee Absent . Lynn reported that they looked through the NSBA rules for guidelines for the Longe Line class . For sponsorships , all committees should go through the sponsorship information that Rachel has put together .
Historian : Tim Wampfler Absent . Nothing to report .
