BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING April 1, 2026 7 PM American Legion, Chaska, MN MINUTES
Board Members Present: Lynn-Ellen St. Martin, Paul Hansen, Dustin Heck, Keith Sather, Lori Taylor, James Duenow, Julia Northwick, Julie Gintner, Darcy Berget
Members Absent: Courtney Betsch, Karson Duncanson

Meeting was called to order by Lynn-Ellen St. Martin at 7 PM Public Open Comment: None Secretary’ s Report: Liz Bauer
Motion made by James Duenow, seconded by Julie to approve the March 1, 2026 Board Meeting Minutes. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion made by Dustin Heck, seconded by Julia Northwick to approve the March 1, 2026 General Meeting Minutes. Motion carried unanimously.

Balance Sheet and Income Statement was presented, YTD Net Income( Loss) is($ 4,765.73). LYTD was($ 9,387.12). It was noted that the quarterly statements from Minnco Credit Union are still being mailed to Arlene, so quarterly dividend is not reflected yet.
A motion was made by James Duenow, seconded by Julie Gintner, to approve the March 31, 2026, Treasurer’ s report, subject to audit. Motion carried unanimously.
Mandy researched the cost difference between ordering association checks from Old National Bank and Quickbooks. For a four-year supply, checks through Old National Bank would cost $ 845 and checks through Quickbooks would cost approximately $ 464.
A motion was made by Dustin Heck, seconded by Darcy Berget, that a four-year supply of checks be ordered through Quickbooks, at a cost of no more than $ 550. Motion carried unanimously.
Correspondence: 13 club memberships and dues were turned in since the March 1 st Board meeting. This brings 2026 memberships received to date to 158 clubs. This time last year we were at 162 clubs.
Committee Reports:
Awards Banquet: Julia Northwick A rental contract and deposit was made with River City Extreme in Monticello. The committee is beginning to plan food and band.
