Amy made a meaningful impact in 2025-2026 through her creativity, leadership, and dedication to advancing the industry. She played a key role in developing AAMD’ s new Industry Storytelling Videos that highlight the industry professionals to support recruitment efforts. In addition to those " behind-the-scenes " contributions, Amy stepped up to strengthen AAMD’ s education program by teaching Certified Apartment Manager( CAM) twice and writing content for Trends.

From supporting government affairs efforts and legislative education to serving as Chair of Membership Services and on the Executive Committee, Pete consistently gives his time and expertise to help members navigate important industry issues.

Teo continued providing valuable insights into the market through writing content in Trends and speaking at our Economic Conference, the CAA Housing Summit, and multiple presentations to the Governor ' s Task Force on Corporate Housing Ownership. On behalf of the Association, he has served on the Governor’ s Task Force on Corporate Housing Ownership. He frequently testifies in House and Senate committee hearings and stepped up this year to serve as the Region VIII Vice President for the National Apartment Association.
