PETE MUCCIO Tschetter Sulzer Muccio
Pete Muccio is perhaps the most valuable and versatile AAMD Volunteer. He touches so many important aspects of the Association and our missionincluding Education, Legislation, Information and Networking.
Pete teaches important Legal Update classes informing members of the latest law changes and how to adjust operations. He also is a regular on“ Coffee with the Lawyers” answering tough legal questions. Beyond education, Pete spends an enormous amount of time supporting JLAC, monitoring and advising on active legislation, and testifying!
Pete also Chairs the Member Services, Committee and serves on the Executive Committee. His consistent participation, his delightful and upbeat personality, and all of his dedicated hard work – make him so valuable to AAMD. Pete is truly deserving of this honor and being a Finalist!
CLOVER SHARPE
Zocalo Community Development
Clover Sharpe has had a standout year, leading with passion and purpose. As one of the Co-Chairs of the Career
Initiative Committee( CIC), she helped open doors for future multifamily professionals, while also sharing her own journey to inspire others. When the Education Advisory Council( EAC) needed a new Chair, she didn’ t hesitate to step back in and keep things moving. Clover also led the charge in bringing the Lease-A-Rama event back to an in-person format. Her energy, commitment, and heart have made a lasting impact, making her a well-deserving finalist for Person of the Year.
TONYA STOROVICH Santee Metal Works
As Owner and CFO of Santee Metal Works, Tonya Storovich exemplifies leadership in the industry. A dedicated Supplier Director on AAMD’ s Board, Tonya teaches classes, actively attends events, and generously supports the Association whenever called upon. Her passion, presence, and commitment make her a true pillar of the AAMD community.

LaSarha is a tireless advocate for AAMD, serving as EconXchange
Co-Chair and a voting director. Her presence at nearly every event and her leadership in launching the new scholarship program demonstrate her commitment to our industry.
