Marcella shined in multiple ways throughout the year – through her work with TechCon, which saw record attendance and revenue growth and as the dynamic kick-off speaker for Lease-a-Rama. Marcella regularly contributes to Trends Magazine and is involved with NAAEI and other organizations which work to further the industry across the nation.
Marcella’ s enthusiasm for technology and the use of A. I. in multifamily has made her one of the most respected minds in the multifamily industry – highlighted by her involvement in NAAEI and the AIM Conference. As Chief Experience Officer at Mission Rock, she cares deeply about her team’ s culture, which extends to her increased involvement with AAMD.

As Bowling Co-Chair and Suppliers Council Chair-Elect, Nick brings unmatched creativity and commitment to AAMD. A dedicated board and committee member, he consistently goes above and beyond with outside the-box ideas and a fun, casual approach to leadership.

Ben Lauer, Owner of Deerwoods Real Estate, brings vision and energy to AAMD through his role as Chair Elect of the Independent Rental Owners Council( IROC). He’ s played a key role in developing relevant and engaging IROC forum content, helping independent owners thrive. Ben’ s collaborative spirit and leadership make him an invaluable force within the industry.
