Person of the Year 2022 Finalists
Each year the Apartment Association recognizes someone as the “ Person of the Year .” Here is a brief look at the finalists for this award .
SARAH EDISON First Onsite Shortly after Sarah started with FIRST ONSITE she jumped on leadership at AAMD . Her ease with people and willingness to step up to a task has made her an asset to our association . She not only served on many committees , she was chair of the Ambassador committee this past year and helped welcome our record breaking number of new members . She also helped run our many AAMD orientations throughout the year .
BOBBY HUTCHISON RedPeak Bobby Hutchinson has been monumental as the Chair Elect for JLAC by promoting the multifamily rental housing industry at the federal , state , and local levels of government , while leading the discussion on proposed legislation and ordinances in over 40 municipalities and at the State Capitol that impact our industry . He has built relationships with elected officials and community leaders , as well as educated and lobbied on issues that affect our industry at the Capitol and in DC with our Colorado Delegates at Advocate .
