Zack Rothman is a member of Jones Foster ’ s Litigation and Private Wealth teams and represents clients in litigation involving estates , trusts , guardianships and fiduciary disputes , as well as commercial litigation matters . Zack also counsels personal representatives , trustees , court-appointed administrators , beneficiaries and creditors in all facets of probate , trust and guardianship administration . Zack holds leadership positions in state and local bar associations , serving as a member of The Florida Bar ’ s Probate Rules Committee , Code & Rules of Evidence Committee , Abuse Neglect & Exploitation Committee , and the Undue Influence Codification Subcommittee , as well as the Palm Beach County Bar Association ’ s Probate & Guardianship Committee and Estate Law Continuing Legal Education Committee . Zack was recognized by Florida Super Lawyers as a 2021 Rising Star .

eal estate attorney Kathryn Goldberger has joined Holland & Knight ' s West Palm Beach office as a partner . She is a member of the firm ' s Real Estate Section , one of the largest in the country . She was previously in-house counsel at Westbrook Partners , a global real estate private equity firm , where she oversaw the acquisition , development , financing and disposition of the properties within the firm ' s investment portfolio . Ms . Goldberger is rejoining her former colleagues , Holland & Knight real estate attorneys Daniel Faust , Adam Zwecker and Jason Vaupen , who recently joined the firm as partners in Miami . She focuses her practice on joint venture transactions , representing capital sources , operating partners , developers , controlling parties and minority interest-holders in a variety of multitiered structures . Ms . Goldberger also has extensive experience representing clients in the acquisition and development of multifamily , forsale residential , industrial , office and hospitality properties , including related acquisition and construction financings .
