Efficient forensic review is a major capability gap in existing commercial video management systems .
Speeding up this process makes security operators more efficient , and also reduces reaction time in the case of in-progress events .
This effort aims to address this gap through the development and evaluation of prototype video analytics , which have been combined into the FOVEA tool suite .
