Fr. Raphael Owor’s Parish Now Has Electricity and Water!
As many of you will remember, Fr. Raphael Owor served an internship at VOL a few years ago. When Fr.
Raphael returned to his homeland of Uganda, he was assigned to a parish located on the side of a mountain. His
new parish did not have electricity or running water. The generous parishioners at VOL heard about his parish,
and gave from the heart. Solar panels were installed a few months ago, and just recently, running water became a
