Meeting was called to order by President Lynn-Ellen St . Martin at 7:00 PM Public Open Comment : None
Secretary ’ s Report : Leslie Mason Motion made by Paul Hansen , seconded by Julia Northwick to approve the April 5th , 2023 , Board Meeting Minutes . Motion carried unanimously .

Arlene was absent . Balance Sheet and Income Statement was presented , YTD Net Income ( Loss ) is ($ 4,562.58 ) and LYTD Net Income ( Loss ) was ($ 39,002.42 ). Motion made by Kevin Berger , seconded by Julia Northwick , to accept the Treasurer ’ s Report subject to audit from April 30th , 2023 . Motion carried unanimously .
Correspondence : Received a total of 174 club renewals for 2023 , last year to-date received 180 renewals .
Read letter received from Sue Ahlgren regarding the Adaptive Classes . Lynn responded to Sue ’ s letter .
Committee Reports :
Championship Horse Show : James Duenow Have been working with sponsorships . Working out logistics with sub-chairs . Getting everything laid out with Ranch classes , Adaptive classes , and coordination with Futurity .
Computer : Jake Flodquist Absent . Jake will contact State Fair IT for the internet / monitor use form and request the same bandwidth and monitors as last year . If the stalling areas change , we can modify the form for what we used .
Drills and Squares : Marlys Mooney Absent . Nothing to report .
Futurity : Renee Lee Absent . Lynn reported that they are looking through the NSBA rulebook for guidelines and will be modified for our events .
Historian : Tim Wampfler Absent . Nothing to report .
