Originally from Illinois, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School. After years of enduring cold winters, he made the move to sunny Florida, where he passionately advocates for injured workers. Early in his legal career, Mr. Collins served as a prosecutor, championing the protection of crime victims. He later worked as defense counsel for employers and insurance companies in Workers ' Compensation claims. Witnessing the challenges faced by injured workers, he shifted his legal focus to helping them secure the benefits they deserve. His unique background gives him valuable insight into how insurance companies operate— knowledge he now uses to fight for the rights of his clients.
