TEA AND CLE AT FOURTH DCA- JUNE 2025
In June, the Appellate Practice Committee held the Tea & CLE Seminar: Oral Arguments at the Fourth DCA, featuring breakfast, a welcome from members of the Fourth DCA Judiciary— including Judges Martha C. Warner, Robert M. Gross, and Burton C. Conner— and live oral arguments. The event offered an inside look at current appellate cases and the day-to-day workings of the court. # AppellatePractice
UNIFIED FAMILY PRACTICE CLE- JUNE 2025
PBCBA ' s Unified Family Practice Committee recently hosted the CLE Renew & Refine Child Support Knowledge: A Refresher on Department of Revenue Administrative and Circuit Court Processes. The well-attended program featured expert panelists who shared valuable insights, including several who traveled from Tallahassee to participate.
