Included among the repairs was the limestone
façade, roof shingles, exterior siding, gutters
and downspouts. Parts of the building were
repainted. The outdoor patio was replaced
and the new patio includes a water drainage
system running underneath the concrete
that allows for rainwater drainage to run away
from the building.
The mold remediation and cosmetic repairs on
the inside of the building occurred during the
second phase of the renovations in 2020.
