Renovations
The PDA Central Office building has
undergone extensive renovations during
the last two years, with significant
repairs to the roof and mold remediation
in some parts of the building being two
of the most substantial pieces. In addition
to the building renovations, the sewer
line running to the carriage house has
been repaired.
The first phase of repairs to the exterior
of the building began in September
2019 and stretched into 2020. This was a
long and tedious process due to the age
of the building, the nature of the repairs
and persistent weather delays.
