EDUCATION BACKGROUND : Started college as a music education major on a scholarship , but transferred to Columbus State and received a degree in business with minors in marketing and real estate .
FAMILY / PETS : My son Cole is 18 years old , Eric is my partner of 15 years and our dog Sophie .
FAVORITE FOOD : Queso . Pure and simple . Chips and queso is always the winner .

IF YOU COULD TELL YOUR 25-YEAR-OLD SELF JUST ONE THING AS YOU WERE STARTING IN MULTIFAMILY ... The apartment industry may seem large , but in truth it is very small . Never burn a bridge . Look at every interaction as an opportunity to build a relationship . The person next to you may be your boss one day or you , their boss . Connections run deep and you will interact with the same people throughout your career even in different geographies . Allow others to invest in you but return the favor as often as you can .

2 . BUCKET LIST TRAVEL LOCATION Dubai is on our list this summer . It ’ s been on the list for a long time because of the architecture and over the top experiences .
3 . PROUDEST MOMENT : That ' s hard to choose . Personally , the day my 18 year old son sat me down out of the blue and informed me what he wanted to do with his life with such excitement and clarity . Professionally , the opportunity to return to RedPeak after being gone for 11 years .
