She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Wartburg College, and a Master of Social Work degree from St. Louis University. Angela Faber has accepted the position of director of human resources at Mercy Medical Center – Dubuque. Faber has fifteen years of hospital-based human resources experience and most recently served as a human resources generalist at Mercy.
