Finley Welcomes New Board Members
UnityPoint Health® Finley Health Foundation is pleased to announce the following

New Positions at Mercy
Jennifer Cavanagh has accepted the position of director of case management,
social services, and clinical documentation improvement at
Mercy Medical Center – Dubuque. Cavanagh most recently
served as a patient
navigator at Mercy.
Prior to her role at
Mercy, she served as
the program compliance coordinator for
Hospice of Dubuque.
She holds a Bachelor
of Science in Nursing degree from Western
Governors University, a Bachelor of Social
Work degree from Wartburg College, and
a Master of Social Work degree from St.
Louis University.
Angela Faber has accepted the position
of director of human resources at Mercy
Medical Center – Dubuque.
Faber has fifteen years of hospital-based human resources
experience and most recently
served as a human resources
generalist at Mercy. She holds
a Bachelor of Arts degree in
communication/business and
a Master of Arts degree in human resource management/
communications, both from
the University of Northern
Iowa, and is a member of the Tri-State Human Resources Association.
