David Brandon is Regional Vice President of
UnityPoint Health – Dubuque, an affiliate of
UnityPoint Health, the nation’s largest nonprofit
health system. UnityPoint Health – Dubuque is an
integrated health care delivery system serving the
tri-state community of Eastern Iowa. UnityPoint
Health – Dubuque includes Finley Hospital,
primary care clinics, urgent care clinics, and home
care services. In his capacity, he serves as President
& Chief Executive Officer of Finley Hospital.
