the firstthing I do when I
find myself in a state less
than total joy!
How do you ask for help?
Just say something like (in
your head), “Hey Higher
Self, Soul, counselors, and
the rest of my team, I
intend to feel happy, and
I’m not there right now…
please help me to get
there?”
That’s it. They are always
there… always listening,
and if you allow them,
will always help.
